Gonna get my Proud setonian ballers tom!! *u* Yes finally for only 100 pesos! Ya dig. We’re not allowed to wear ballers at school e, so it’s mostly useless. But then again many people don’t follow it so what the heck. He he he. Thank you Bettina for these wonderful ballers with a cheap cheap price :)

that’s because I had my 2-day orientation in DLSU which is called the Lasallian Personal Effectiveness Program oooor the LPEP \m/
May 3: ENROLLMENT
As of May 3, my being a lasallian is OFFICIAL.
i have a total of 22 units. and most of my classes are scheduled during mornings for everyday of the week including saturdays. Although, every monday and thursday, I’ll be having some subjects during the afternoon too. my schedule’s not too tight though :D

MY STUDENT ENROLLMENT RECORD :)

MY HANDBOOK :) they say it’s every froshies’ bible.
yep, they call us froshies. how baby-ish right? I KNOW :))
May 5: LPEP-Day 1
mama and I arrived in DLSU, through a busride, at 6am. registration starts at 6, tho.
luckily, rhea and pat saw me that’s why were able to walk aorund our relatively small campus.
tables were everywhere in the central plaza buOUR tables weren’t there. the ampitheater was were blocks 1-4 (separately tho) grouped themselves.
we had a little program during the morning in the Teresa (or was that teresita? lolwtvr haha) Yuchenco Auditorium which was super huge(atleast, compared to the FBA :)) ). it had 3 levels. their audio was awesome too. so, our dean, including the SOE’s dean gave their talks. they also taught us the lasallian prayers. Mother Seton? nah! now it’s St. John Baptist de la salle! chuva ek-eks..
after our AM snacks, we spent most of our time in room 401 in yuchenco building still. we got to get to know our blockmates for a few minutes. then we had different lectures. lunch. then, modules again about the history and all.then, PM snacks. i made new friends btw. those closest to me so far are: Bea (yana’s bff), Cleo, Ana and Judith :D
we had our block pic. jumpshot for our wacky :D
we had a campus tour after. that’s the end of day 1:)
May 6: LPEP-Day 2
this morning, we had mass at the Most Blessed Sacrament Chapel(where they say the Lasallian borthers were massacred during war period). we were the first block to get there because we were the first one to be complete. Ate Xing, our LAMB(lasallian ambassador) calls us the Ultimate™ Block. yes, it’s trademarked by ate Xing :)) all the rest were called The Best blocks. lololol..
we had our AM snacks after the mass. then DO session in 401. we used the staris for the whole day, btw :))
then, we continued dancing..which we started yesterday. our dance is called the Centennial Dance..obviously because we are the Centennial Batch.
then we had lunch..still in the Animo canteen. only blocks 1-4 ate there. it’s samll kasi. the rest of the college were in the central plaza. anywhoo, after lunch, we went back to 401 for our academic session. after that, we went to Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium for the awesome i-dont-know-what-it’s-called-performance-of-the-culture-and-arts-people. it was really awesome! DLSU pepsquad, Street, Folk, Harlequin, etc. oh and the very awesome chorale too! after that, we went down to central plaza (instead of the marian quadrangle, idk why..maybe because our college was too big and our campus was too small haha) to grab freebies. actually, freebies were along the SJ walk, also called the catwalk or conscious walk, but the end point was in the central plaza which looks very similar to our..or your(setonians, if you’re reading this) St.Anne Square.
These are the freebies that I got from the very warm upperclassmen:
puro papel! =))

THANK GOD I received a copy of one of the 3(i think) official Publications of DLSU: Plaridel. yep, it’s in filipino.
after the freebies-thing(which included seeing Randy Santiago’s photo..with light glasses on-thus making us see his eyes), we were free to go. however, most of us stayed to watch (or rather listen..for those who can’t see among the tall crowd) the DLSU pep with their loud drumming and cheering. everything’s getting exciting :)
